• Barrels arrive drilled
• We will complete all barrel building elements in class.
• Cooking Demonstration will be done on on barrels as well = Pork, Chicken,
and Ribs
• Students will learn fire management for their barrels, cooking methods and
build the barrels out for cooking.
• Everyone leaves with a functional cooker and the skills to use it!
